Its a weird twist of irony that where I live, zucchini comes into season at a time when its WAY too hot to turn on the oven. Mother Nature is freaking out, but her menopause has allowed me to bake up some bread for the first time in years & years. It'll be 90+ again next week, so I'm taking advantage while I can.

It has been a year of weird weather for sure. Glad you get to take advantage! I've not done bread baking of any kind this year... Well, besides biscuits and cornbread, but I can do those in the toaster oven if I don't want to fire up the cook stove.lol
