Yeah the way I set mine up they don't have access to the wires..... Mine is inside it's own cover...... Then I make a wire mesh cave..... Then I wrap a towel around it and duct tape it..... Pretty fool proof.......

Makes more sense now. And her little "I wasn't talking about Equimax" retort smacked of teens or very early 20s. She seemed not to be able to follow what I was trying to say to the OP, and then completely abandoned the thread once I started using big words. (just here, on the pond, I will admit to almost... Almost... throwing an entire lexicon of multi-syllabic terminology her general direction. But then, compassion for the poor OP who is going to have to sift through that pulled me from my maleficious intentions.)

Equimax is praziquantinel... Quest is the dewormer here that is made with moxidectin...
But most are fenbendazole...

Be really careful with going off the anti-depressants. They often mess with you funny as you are getting off.

Hey Kathy... or anyone else, really. My Silver Appleyard duck turned up limping today. I'm unsure why. The ankle is swollen somewhat, but there is no evidence of bumblefoot and it doesn't look like frostbite. She can still tuck it into her feathers and hold it right, she just doesn't bear much weight on it. Thoughts? I have no pen space to bring her in until tomorrow, unfortunately. They are full of bantams that couldn't take the more prolonged cold.

Put her in her coop, and stick food and water right in front of her. You want her to not have to move much.

Not yet... but I did have a rage attack the other day... Havent had one in a very long time. Recognized it before I threw anything. Took a deep breath and left the house.
Last one I had was over a dog that destroyed my house.... scared the crap out of my son who was about seven or eight. He called his grandma.... While I caged the dog up...

I waited a week and had the dog put down. for reasons other than the damage... but I owed it to him to make a good decision.

So I have been having Bizzar dreams... one was so good I am writing a story based on content of the dream... I dont do hospitals well... Not well at all... So writing is one of my coping mechanisms. When I cant craft ... I Write. When I was taking my mom for radiation therepy I wrote 80,000 words by hand....
