Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Cornbread is baking...:D

How long have you been cooking like this Lisa? :pop Its quite a skill. I used to have a friend who Went to Bishop Mule days every year She would rave about the Chuck wagon cooking. There are huge competitions over the US keeping the art alive.

LOL... Her mules name was Jeep and she rode in period garb down to the big chaps called Chinks and Mule saddle and Winchester stuck in a scabbard under her leg. They called her Wilde Mule mary. She was almost six feet tall... Yet she put Skin so soft on her mule... so they smelled like a flower garden every time they passed.

Oh wow..that's so neat. I would love to do something like that. I've been cooking since I was 16, for a large family. Started camp fire cooking, just simple things, 18 years ago. The dutch oven and on the wood stoves, the past 4 yrs.
I enjoy it, it's a challenge..lol
