Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Its drying off but as soon as I move it to the brooder I'll snap a pic.:)

I vote we only call it an addiction if we start hunting and buying eggs when our girls stop laying and we have to feed the need to hatch during our off season but it's not because we actually need more chicks ..:lau

...Or when you start stealing other peoples eggs & turning tricks behind the feed store for trade. ;)

Radiation HAS hit me today.... Cant wake up plus other effects Gi nausea and dizzy

I have a very expensive Super Power that allows me to kill any/all electrical appliances simply by touching (sometimes only looking at) them. Combine that with the cheap way everything is made now days & we are constantly buying new appliances. In the last 20yrs we've had to buy 3 refrigerators, at least 3 washers & dryers, 2 dishwashers, 1 oven (that one was old so probably not my fault) & more microwaves, toaster ovens, hair dryers, & cell phones than I could possibly count.

This washer (just a few years old) has been unbalanced & on its deathbed for months. Last night DH & I were staring at it, hunched over like Neanderthals grunting & poking proverbial sticks at it. At one point he reached over, unplugged it & plugged it back in. I'm amazed, but that actually worked! :eek:Its still severely unbalanced, but at least I'm able to squeeze a few more loads out of it. :fl

When I had my Chevy Astrovan I built rod holders & suspended them from the roof. As I recall, I had two boards with holes drilled in them; larger holes for the butts, naturally, & smaller holes for the tips. If I had it to do over, I'd stabilize the butt piece so the whole thing didn't swing forward when ever I had to brake. At least my rods were always at my finger tips.
I was thinking something outta PVC pipe..... Bolted to the roof of my topper with ubolts..... And I'd cut grooves so I could lock the reels in place

Well, back to the greenhouse construction. I may make a 2nd one to use as a tractor; it's essentially a hoop coop, anyway. I built a hoop coop last year, & it works, but it lacks headroom, & I'm not crazy about the way it turned out, overall.
When i built my hoop coop i drove in t posts and attached the cattle panels to the top of the posts. Its about 10 feet high in there.
