Al your floor is awesome.... and I love the wood cabinets.... I bet all they would need is some cleaning and waxing... Then a fresh coat of paint on the walls.

Awesome work...

Luv luv luv this!!! It is amazing how well they can learn new things given the opportunity. You'll have that bird eating out of your hand in no time!
If it's true that "Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger", I'm gonna be one strong s.o.b. when this is all over with. Don't know that I'd go through it again, though.

prayers always my friend. We never know what kind of fighter (or how strong) we truly are until we find ourselves in the midst of the battle.

I saw a shirt in the bowling alley last night that pretty much sums it up; something along the lines of "You never know how strong you can be until being strong is the only option", credited to some guy named Marley.

Al, the floor looks great! And guess what? My sis-in-law sent me pictures of those pretty pink flowers in northern Minnesota! They’re close! I’m hoping they’ll migrate south.

The walls and cabinets are all pine... pine is very soft and dents super easily...the walls are in good shape, but the cabinets are so beat up! There are deep dings and dents all over. There is a crease on the cabinet side where the trashcan sits.. ..it is ridiculous. And because they are so soft, at times the dirt gets smashed deep into the wood, and I think absorbed too.... :idunno

Anyway... don't have money to redo the cabinets, but I would love to. I really want to replace them... with hardwood cabinets, solid surface top and stronger drawer glides...

My sister had a similar problem. She didn't want to paint them because she felt it was sacrilege to paint wood, but she eventually did it anyway (red no less) & was very happy with them.
