We are getting pummeled with rain day after day... getting pretty sick of it

Here too. Gave up and finishing the last bit of painting and other "dry" requiring projects. Rain is supposed to start turning to snow in coming days so I must switch my tools.

Morning all,
playing catchup again.
Wow, Penny plz pass on my care and prayers to Perchie if you get the chance.
All of you out west can add yourselves to the list I am concerned about.

On a little lighter note, We had to go to town yesterday to restock.
To conserve time and limit outside contact, I dropped DH off at Fleet Farm (THE store for all things "country" in this neck of the woods) while I did the grocery shopping. Finished my chore and went in to find him standing at the counter in the gun section. Forgot he had the credit card in his pocket. Rather large mistake. We are now the proud owners of a new Ruger 22 cal hand gun.
DH says with a huge smile and a look of pride on his face,
"But they gave me $40 off because there's a scratch on the barrel!"

Note to self,,,,,do not, in the future, drop DH off at Fleet Farm and leave him with the credit card. ok, soooo, I now am the proud owner of a new pair Arctic Winter Muck Boots!!!
