Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

I always have three things on hand for shipped chicks. First is Nutridrench. It is designed for shipped and/or highly stressed chicks. (it's also great for adult birds stressed out from trauma, injury, any highly stressful incident or environment). Second is a packet of the same powder you mix with water that they usually put into box with the chicks when shipped. Third is double rolled oats (common instant oatmeal). A vet recommended that to me years ago. You mix it into their chick starter and you'll never have a problem with pasty butt. Don't know the science behind it, just know it works. Not a single pasty butt in chicks since I started using it. I would get hold of at least the Nutridrench right away and follow the directions on the box for new chicks. Good luck.
I used nutridrench - but not the oatmeal. Will do.

No - I know that's how it's supposed to work, so when there were dots, I was surprised. I'll be even more surprised if they all turn out to be male. That will just be wrong altogether. Maybe a new breed???
Just some other color factors we are too ignorant to understand. ;)
