Good morning, Pond. Bright, brisk, beautiful if a bit icy on my lily pad this morning. I have company in the computer room this morning. Rocky has 'attached' to me and complains whenever I leave the house.

Good morning pond. It's 27° and frosty out. I'm baking some cookies today. Definitely chocolate with mint chips and maybe some chocolate chip. DS has an orchestra concert tonight and 2 tomorrow. DD and I have a ladies brunch, cookie exchange and painting party at church in the morning then she has a date to the Christmas Ball tomorrow evening. She's ecstatic lol. The first swim meet of the season was last night and DS qualified for districts in both the 200 Freestyle and 100 breaststroke. He's a swimming machine already this season! The school chorus and band concert is Tuesday, the school rock band gig is the next week, more swim meets thrown in there, Everything is crazy around here! I'm still waiting on my unemployment to go through but I'm trying to stay positive while waiting. Things are getting tight but I know once they get it together we'll be ok Hope everyone is doing great!
