Where in VT do you live? I have extra 1/4” hardware cloth that you can have. I live in East Burke. It is what I have leftover from making a duck coop and run two years ago. I’d have to measure to see how much but you are welcome to what I have.

The Essex, VT Lowe's had plenty of 1/2 inch when I went last week. Check online to see if the smaller mesh is available at your local store?
