Well, while my hen was out on a potty break, I went to see the eggs. She was out for about 5 mins, before I saw the eggs. When I felt them, some eggs were warm(the slightly larger ones), and the samller eggs, felt cooler than the others. Are they dead? I candled yesterday, I saw them in there...

Oh yeah another weird thing. I was with my hens, when I saw one(not broody) of them pushing through her behind. I had gloves on, and put it by her butt. And plop, out comes an egg!!! LOL

They're not dead... they actually can use a "breather" every now and again. Just leave them be.

I just put 8 Silver Sebright eggs under my broody hen yesterday, They were in my incubator and are due to hatch this wednesday. The broody was sitting on call duck eggs, but none hatched.
