Well I Guess I have a Rooster!

Ok so I was sure I had 5 hens... well Pearl turned to Earl today when she was crowing while I was cleaning out the coop.
I have Easter Eggers/ Ameracuna's I will try to post a pic. Any thoughts on the black and white one... the jury is still out on her/him?

any other info on what I have is helpful too!

Gurtie is on top of the chair.. the black and white
Earl is the white on one the arm... my now crowing rooster.
I tried to sex them tonight but everything looked the same meaning nothing popped up!
Even on Earl so I may not be doing it right!
Hens do not crow right!!
Anyway... just trying to figure out what to do since I cannot have a rooster where I live!

Gurtie is a boy too, and the buff-colored one is a hen.
