Well I let my guard down just once!

I still don't get How they "self-dust" if it wasn't on the ground.
Do they run up and bump into it because they just Love to do that ? hahahaha j/k
Cows walk Under a wet Roll for any kind of application.

It also doesn't help with what it in the coop.

Yes, you hang it where they touch it from time to time, in the nest box or over the feeder or waterer or, as I thought, the pop door. It doesn’t take a ton of powder to work...
 
Excuse my ignorance, I have never dusted a chicken before.
But don't you need to get the majority of the body dusted ?
If so then this would be like just putting lotion on your left arm and hoping it went everywhere, no?
Or like those Pet flea collars that really only work around the neck where you put it but there are fleas on the rump of the dog/cat ?
