Well I think someone broke into the barn…

I ran out to do barn chores this morning, checked all of the doors to make sure they were shut and then went into town for 30 minutes. I came home to both man doors open on the barn and the 2x4 board that holds our big aisle doors shut off to the side on the ground. My kids are at school and husband has been in meetings all day. I just got off of the phone with him and he still is over 1 hr away from home. I half wonder if they came for the tractor, but the tractor battery was dead thank goodness. If it was just the man doors I might just assume wind maybe but the board off of the big doors? Don’t think that one is possible especially since none of the wood was broken and everything is in tact. Mainly venting, but now I am going to be up all night watching in case someone was casing the place planning on coming back.

Coincidentally we have security cameras usually up we just took them down because they were having problems and are waiting on the new ones to arrive. The trail camera I had up until we get the new ones up I had moved to the back of the barn because of the coyotes. It almost makes me think we have been being watched for awhile now.

I would leave the old cameras up until the new ones were ready to install. Taking them down signals problems, especially if someone is watching.
