My broody hen sat on her eggs, cracked about 5 of them, and then there were 2 that were finally hatching, and when the pipped she must have freaked out and starting pecking at them, and they died too. Luckily i had about 40 chicks hatching in the 'bator so she wasn't lonely. I hope your broody sits for another 3 weeks
