Well that's a weird chicken

So I was at a zoo and I came across a pair of these wierd looking birds. There like mini birds Kevin's from Up. Can someone please tell me what these mini mohawk chickens are and if you can have one. I want to add them to my aviary if possible or just to know what they are so I can do some research
I've started making articles and I'd absolutely To make one on these lil dudes.

Male crested partridges. The females are green. From tropical Asia, and listed as a vulnerable species.

By chicken I was being sarcastic, I actually thought they were a type of ground dove at first. I'm definitely going to do some research on these "mini Kevin's"
