Well this takes the cake.

So lets see, I got Big Red, the smallest of the lot, I got Captain Fluffy, who's big and puffy, and Midnight, cause she's almost completely black, and Shadow, because she's afraid of her own shadow, very skitish. If this one sticks around I guess I can call her Grey Lady... or maybe use a bit of a navy theme since I am retired navy. and call her Haze Grey, Showed Up One Day :D

oh cool, so after looking up EE, it appears I have a mutt that might have some shade of blue? I can deal with that !! I was actually thinking of getting a few more, blue, green and maybe a pink if i can find one. This might make it a bit easier, one I get her settled down. Since she did fly over the fence to get here, im thinking she wont think very hard or long about going back over it,... and hope she dont teach the others that trick :(

You can clip her wings.

Or Dorothy Gale, given the cyclone comment. :)

I once found a chicken wandering down the freeway in the middle of a cross country road trip. She lived with me for several months, and then disappeared without a trace. Given my location it's *likely* that she met a hawk or a bobcat, but I like to think she just went hitchhiking again...

I love your new hen by the way. She's gorgeous.

Pretty hen! Lucky you!

I found a bunny under our porch yesterday morning. Like you, I am very curious about where he (or she) came from and how he ended up in our yard. My closest neighbors say they are not missing any rabbits...so who knows. I've put up some flyers and have posted on FB and craigslist to try to find the owners. No leads yet, so....I guess we may have a rabbit.
