Silkies are the only reason I even have chickens!

I'm suprised everyone doesn't have one?! Come on, they are like cheap little incubators who'll feed and clean and cuddle the babies for you when they hatch.

AND they are CUTE into adulthood. Who knew... the perfect chicken!

All my chickens are sweet but I would say silkies sometimes shock me. I just recently got ducklings and all my other chickens hate them and peck but I put all the silkies in with the ducks and they love them and their coop has a peep hole they can stick their head out of into the duckling's run the silkies are always sticking their heads out to watch Moose and Goose even the rooster.
