Wellsummer rooster coloring

Right now I have 3 wellie roosters that are about 8 weeks old. 2 of them are very dark colored with lots of blue coming in. The other is a LOT lighter in color with more of a gold color around the head and the feathers on his back have more distinct whites in them. I need to be thinking about which one to keep. Any suggestions?

wait until they are at least 5-6 months old before culling.

Ok. I have 12 more eggs in the bator right now. Rather butcher all the culls at once.
