Welp slow grow whites

Hi, does anyone have welp's slow grow whites? How have they performed for you? Has anyone kept them until maturity and if so, how did they behave? I ordered 25 for my birthday and wanted to know what to expect since there is little info online.

Hi. We butchered some Welp Slow Whites a few weeks ago. We processed the roosters till they were just over 12 weeks. The larger birds weighed just over 6 lbs dressed. The smaller ranged in the 5+ lbs range. We kept the hens because we needed more layers. The first hen layed over the weekend at 18 1/2 weeks.
These are much nicer looking than the cornish-x. They look and act like real chickens -- only much bigger!!
