Hi Forum,

I have 3 Welsh Harlequin ducks which are about 11 weeks old. I have one duck that walks like an eagle, that is the best way I can describe it. I noticed the duck cannot lean forward to forge like the other ducks can do, she just lays down on the ground and eats what's around her. She will stay with the group and move when she has to. Does anybody have any ideas on this?

Thanks
Bill

It could just be her swagg, ducks can have a unique walk. E'aster has the most dominate swagg out of my ducks and dips her tail when she walks while Solvieg sways her tail left to right. My little gangstas :D. Swagg = waddle. Males ,more or less, have a stronger waddle then Females.

Don't know about the whole neck thing... maybe a birth defect or infection? Have you taken a closer look/feel it up? Hopefully someone on here will have a better idea.
