How early can you determine the sex of a Welsumer? ATTACHED A PIC

It's a little too early. When the feathers come in at the breast, then you should be able to tell. Females will have a salmon color in that area, males will have black breast feathers. My hunch is that you have a female but wait for those feathers to come in to be sure.
