Welsummer Cockerel, 3 Wks Old...Oh, yeah, BOY!

Anyone need a Welsummer rooster? This boy has the biggest comb, but there's one not too far behind him.

Do Welsummers mature early? Or maybe all of my 5 week olds are females, cause I sure don't have any with combs like that!

Hey Cyn! He's turning into a handsome young man

I've got a little baby that's about the same age I think and he's got a big comb like that too. I did really really want a welsummer rooster...but now I got chicks and I think 4 of them are boys.

If only I waited one more week before getting chicks.

I wish I was closer! I have two 5 week old girls. And your picture confirms for me that they ARE girls! I'm currently two roosters over my limit anyway. He is handsome!

I have a total of 12 Welsummers and I think I have maybe 4 cockerels out of that bunch. I was going to keep one, but decided not to right now.
