Welsummer Cockerel?

Hey everyone! I have a 19 week old chicken who I thought was a Welsummer cockerel, but now I'm not so sure. He looked like the 3 Welsummer girls when he was a chick but developed his comb and wattle way faster than the others so I was pretty sure he was a male Welsummer. These are my first chickens so I'm a bit of a newbie, but it doesn't look like he's developing the rooster tail feathers or the characteristic Welsummer green sheen. Though his comb and wattle are at least twice as big as my Rhode Island Red pullets' and probably three times as big as the Welsummers'.

He's also very submissive, despite (possibly) being the only male in the group. I've seen a few of the pullets bully him and he even submissively squats to me and at least one of the pullets. Then today I caught him making what sounded like an egg song (though I can't be certain, none of my girls have laid yet) while digging a nest in the corner of the coop.

I've attached some pictures of him somewhere between 18 and 19 weeks old. Do you think he's a cockerel? If so, do you think he's a Welsummer or just a similar looking breed? Any insight you could give would be super helpful!

Actually a Brown Leghorn (big white earlobes and huge comb). And she's female. Males are different color than the females. Looks like she'll start to lay soon!

Thank you for your help! I think you're right, she does really look like a Brown Leghorn. The only weird thing is that yesterday I found a distinctly green/olive colored egg in the spot where I'd caught this chicken making a nest (frustratingly not in the nesting box literally right beside it lol). And aren't Brown Leghorn eggs white?

Now, I didn't literally see this chicken laying an egg and I do have 3 Easter Eggers, so for all I know someone else could've laid this egg. But this was the first egg I've gotten from my chickens and this one is the only one I've caught doing the egg song and making a nest. So it seems too lined up to be a coincidence.

Is it possible she might be an Olive Egger? The pictures I've seen when Googling don't look exactly like her, but they are close. Her legs are definitely yellow though and it seems like Olive Eggers tend to have greyer legs.

Edit: I actually wonder if she's a Starlight Green Egger. The egg color definitely matches and I've seen some people on here post pictures of theirs that look very similar to mine.

I didn't have Starlight Eggers as a possibility on my radar. @Overo Mare, what do you think?

She's not a Light Brown Leghorn. Her variety is not wildtype. She appears to be an Egger of sorts depending on her origin. Her egg color confirms this

She was a part of a mystery chick assortment from Hoover's Hatchery via TSC. Starlight Green Eggers are one of the options listed, so maybe she is one.

In any case, I'm just happy that she's a pullet. I'd have kept her either way, but the Welsummer girls are noisy enough as it is. 😅

Thank you everyone for your help!
