After much (!) fuss this girl finally created an egg. She tried several nests, one that already had two birds in it, and ended up on the pine shavings. Whatever!

I sure love that nice deep brown color of the egg! I think its hilarious seeing 2 or more hens cramming together in one nest box!

All of my girls have their own "special" nest box that no one else can use!
