Welsummer - Hen or Rooster?

It's a bit hard for me to tell from the pictures, but I think the coloring looks more like a roo. Roos have a blackish breast while hens have a reddish-brown breast. The tail also looks more like a rooster to me.
 
hmmm... I think you are right about maple - the welsummer but I still don't know with Chloe - Delaware? I'll tell you if she/he starts layin'

Either he is a badly marked Columbian or a very bad patterned Delaware. The bird screams COCKERAL, not hen. I think both breeds should be having yellow legs. Someone can correct me on that one.

The Welsummer is definately one hundred percent cockeral.

we have to Wilson or pullets that are supposed to be pullet that there is two and a half months old do you think that they're pullets or roosters I'm not sure in these pictures how to tell the two apart so I'm just posting a bunch of them and you can tell me if one of these pictures looks like a rooster or a Pullet

The Deep Red cone in this picture above is probably one of the Silver Laced wyandottes not the welsummer
