My Welsummer was in the nesting box laying her first egg and once she was done(I was watching her)i saw a blue egg do welsummers lay blue eggs?

Easter Egger. See the pea comb? Welsummers have a completely different comb type.

I've had several clean faced Easter Eggers.

Not all of them...Ill post a picture of my Easter Egger hens...Hold on a second...Both lay blue eggs.
The two in the middle are Easter Eggers......
