Welsummer Pullet - Salmon Breast ?

Is this considered a salmon breast on the pullet? It is lighter colored but I don't know what "salmon" is supposed to be.

That looks normal to me. I don't thinks its salmon she does have a lighter breast then my wellies. Where is she from mine are from Will Marrow and are great dark layers.

Oh what a beautiful bird! I hope mine fills out like that.

I knew she was a pullet but I was confused about what "salmon" means. I posted another thread about my Wellie roo earlier. Thank you for helping me.

I got my birds from a small local hatchery. I've not had the best of luck with that breed so far.

At nearly 16 weeks old I am hoping for eggs in 1-2 months...?
 
My Wellies have become my favorites friendly and beautiful and great layers of nice dark eggs! I might just have to get me some more of them or get a whole breeding flock when I get a farm.
 
yes it is a very dark salmon but noticeably have a reddish pink cast to the brown feathers.

Here's a pic of Spring, my nearly 3 year old hen, second generation Calicowood lines on both sides of her family.
