Welsummer, pullets or cockerels

Are these welsummers pullets or Cockerels, they are about one month old.

I'm thinking pullets. Neither combs are big and red at this point but it could be slow growing cockerels. So u would wait for growth!

Give them another 2ish weeks and it should be more noticeable. Their combs and waddles will be bigger and redder if cockerels, smaller and yellower if pullets. Update us then!
