Welsummer? Roo Or Hen?

Hi this is my second time posting but I haven't heard from anyone. I just want to find out if these to Welsummers are roos or hens?

Coloring on them says hens

Do they look like Welsummers to you?

And what would the coloring be if they were roos?

Welsummer roosters would have a black chest on them.
