Welsummer Rooster over Barred Rock Hen

I have a question about breeding a Welsummer Roo to Barred Rock Hens.

If I did breed the Welsummer Roo to the Barred Rock hen would I get the same result from breeding a Rhode Island Roo to Barred Rock hen ""Black sex link chicks with pullets being all black and the roos having the white sot on the head and feathering out like a barred rock?
