The "Welsummer" might actually be a mix because of how much patterning it has in the back but it is definitely a female.
Did you get them from a hatchery or a farm or ???
I see. The barred one might be a Rock and the "Welsummer" might be what they're calling an "Ameraucana". Based on her, though, I strongly suspect that they're barnyard mixes from a flock that includes barred Rocks and Easter Eggers. Lots of EEs have patterning similar to the wild type of a Welsummer and while I can't see it well enough to be sure, her comb looks like it might not be a single (EEs usually have pea combs). I think she may have an EE parent but you'll need to wait for eggs to know if she inherited the blue shell gene.I bought eggs for my silkie to hatch out. They told me that they were 2 Barred Rock and 2 Rhode Island Red and 2 Americana. I already have a couple of Reds so I know what they look like.
