Welsummers and australorps? Or mix?

I bought ten chicks and a hen from someone out of the paper, well they had mites and after treating them and my whole flock they seem to be doing better, but anyway the guy tried to tell me they are australorp and Orpington mix, I think they look more like a welsummer mix. What do you all think? Bonus points if you know what sex they are! :)
 
What color are their legs (one photo showing leg has lighting that can distort color)? There are several varieties of both breeds that could contribute to the colors shown....and partridge based pattern (what you are seeing as welsummer) is not necessarily indicative of welsummer as it occurs in several breeds and crosses
 
They all have light orange/yellow legs except my bigger one. That’s exactly where I was thinking welsummer! Would the Orpington/australorp mix cause that pattern though?
