Ooooh, Cyn, what gorgeous eggs (from a gorgeous girl!). I have some Wellies from mothergoose also that I am impatiently awaiting their first egg. Hope it looks like those.

How old are they? Mine are showing no signs of wanting to even try. Hateful birds. They're 28 weeks on Monday.

Mine are 28 weeks old. I think Alma started at 25 weeks, if I recall.

Wow! So jealous! Isn't it fun just looking in the egg cartons at all those lovely colors? The variety makes me smile every time. When my lazy hens were actually laying for me, I used to get a whole rainbow with blue, blue-green, tan, copper, cream and white. I'd LOVE to add a Welsummer or Maran to the bunch. Spring... so close but so far! Ideal's website makes me drool!
