6, 6week old pullet Welsummers? I "think" they are all pullets? What cha think.............

They do look like pullets so far, you should know for sure in 2 more weeks as males start getting dark feathers on them.

This may not be the appropriate thread for my question but it is about Welsummer. Thought since you all have experience with those you might know. I have 2.5 week old pullets (2 australorp, 3 barred rock, 2 brown leghorn, 3 red star/golden comet and 3 white rocks) along with a welsummer cockerel. Little Henry is growing so much slower than the girls! Since I don't have a girl welsummer to compare him to, I'm wondering if it is because of gender or breed? I'm afraid all the girls will hurt him (accidentally or intentional, I'm new to chickens!) So my question: Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to help him? I've been giving him boiled egg yolk. I see him eating the chick starter often so I don't think that's a problem. Any advice or info appreciated!
