Does anyone know where to get decent Welsummers, especially this late in the year? Not looking for show quality, just good dark eggers.

You could look for some in the buy~sell~trade section here in BYC
I just hatched some from eggs I bought on Ebay. I got a 50% hatch rate, which was good enough. They are still selling them.
