Were these laid by the same hen?

On second look, the new egg is actually a slightly different color than either of my first 2 eggs. So far as I know, Tot (who laid on Aug 28) has not laid since unless this new egg is hers.

Comparison of the three eggs in order of date laid. The golf tees are just to keep the eggs from rolling.

This is the second egg that was laid. I suspect it came from my salmon faverolle, April. Notice the specks of darker color and the splotches of light color.

This is the first egg I got from my chickens. It was laid by Tot, a salmon faverolle.

First Egg (Aug 28): laid by Tot (Salmon Faverolle)
Second Egg (Aug 31): I suspect it was laid by April (Salmon Faverolle)
Third Egg (Sep 2): I suspect it was the second egg from one of the faverolles BUT it could also be a marans or easter egger that laid these eggs as all my chickens are from hatcheries.

That'll be difficult as this weekend I will be gone from Friday until Monday on a camping trip and the weekend after that I will be at my dad's house. Hm...maybe I can convince my brother to set up his trail camera in the coop...

I just used those photos you provided and checked a few more girls. I checked Dixie (BA) just in case and she's nearly there but not quite. Pepper (EE), Elsa (WM) & April (SF) are both two fingers, so that had me stumped. Then I checked Daisy, my splash marans and I think she laid the second egg not April because she's three fingers. If it was her, that egg is really light for a marans. Even though she's a hatchery chick I thought it'd be darker.

Splash Marans do lay the lightest eggs out of all the Marans variety (with Wheaten a close second haha) however the shade of the egg really depends on the breeder and hatcheries are known for not breeding to standard and breeding Marans to other breeds to improve their egg laying.

Not completely sure, but Peppers coloring makes me think roo.
I would agree with that except that is the only thing that says roo. She has a very small comb, very small size, rounded saddle/hackle feathers, and gets mated everyday by our roo.

Daryl the EE Roo.

Seems that laying is getting more regular now. I've been getting an egg a day. I got another one this morning. It looks identicle to the one laid yesterday.

Yeah, in that picture she does look very hen shaped, especially compared to Daryl. That's cool coloring for a hen.
Thank you! Many people who have seen Pepper's picture have told me they've never seen an EE pullet with her coloring. I'm planning on hatching out some of her eggs to see if her coloring is passed on to female babies.
