were to get silkies

I am getting some show quality silkies but don't know were to get them.
I live in NC if that helps.

Welcome to BYC!
Silkies are a pretty popular breed, so they aren't that hard to locate - the trick will be sourcing birds of the quality you are looking for. Do you have a particular color(s) that you know you want to have? Often those that work with show quality birds focus on limited color varieties, so knowing the variety(ies) you want will help in offering suggestions.
One of the best places to locate show quality stock is at poultry shows as this allows you to see the birds that various breeders are working with in their lines and select the lines you want in your flock. Have you stopped by your state's thread in the "Where are you/Where am I" forum - this is a great place to start networking with folks in your general area who may either have the birds you are seeking or can put you in touch with someone they know who does.

I'm in Salem Oregon and want two silkies however one guy said 15$ each and they r 3-4 weeks old that seems expensive

A bird is worth what someone will pay for it. Are the birds you are purchasing for exhibition or pet and has the seller said whether his birds are exhibition or pet quality? Ultimately, if he is getting $15/bird for his birds then you can either choose to pay that or find another source that has a price you are happier with.

That's a great price here in Oregon for 3-4 weeks old if they're sexed pullets! Pullets typically sell anywhere from $20-$30 at 6-8 weeks in Western Oregon.
