We're working on our second coop.

A year and a half ago we built a small coop to house our 4 chickens.

Since then we moved onto our 50 acres and began living off grid. We accumulated 33 more birds along the way so started work on a multi function coop/shed that alos serves as a mount for our solar and to collect rain water. The shed, up slope, is 14x12 and the coop, with the large window, is 8x10

Well it is looking awesome and I admire your decision and ability to live off the grid!! We live without TV, Internet or Microwave. Most people think we are a little "off" because of that.

We say, we don't need those things or to pay for them. Plus, I cheat and use the Internet while I am at work. (like now!) So again, my hat off to you. Enjoy your blessed life and your wonderful new coop when you get it done. Can't wait to see pictures!
