I usually do my own. Last fall to busy with work. I had mine processed just south of Rock Springs.

Having always done the processing....I was impressed at how good of a job they did.

Kildare: can I ask where you had them processed at? We live just outside of Rock Springs and have 25 chickens that will need to be processed soon.
