West Nile Virus? Botulism? What else could it be?

Yes, I'm very interested to get answers.

When I dropped her off, the person I talked to said that it's possibly mareks, but she was guessing that it wasn't, and that I just had a string of odd coincidences.

They're supposed to start working on her in the morning, so hopefully I find out soon.
