Well I am in that category, looking for scovies....I think its because I have all the chicken breeds I want, now its on to different breeds of bird! Collect them all, and maybe there's a prize?

Have 6 hens very broody and I am sure hiding eggs, just haven't found their nests yet....

Your probably right...Im just in denial right now, hey isn't that the first step to admitting your addicted?

And if I say I am done with getting any more chickens right now to DB...but fail to mention Turkeys, and Ducks because they are not the same thing, he can't yell at me because he said no more chickens! Not "no more birds"

I need to look into that. Figures.... good thing there are other kinds!

My Buff Turkeys have just started laying, not sure how many eggs they will give me before the 11th but I will be bringing some with me
if you interested.
I would have Midget White eggs but one of the hens has gotten snappy about taking eggs from the nest she worked so hard to build lol.
Nothing like getting beat up by a 12 lb hen geesh.
I am waiting on the Naragansettes to start laying but they may not lay until late summer early fall.

and the hen is sitting there rolling her eyes. I have so many times waited patiently for the hen to get up and body slam the dumb Tom.

I was tossing up Bourbon Reds, but I don't know how easy/hard they are to get.

I'll have to look yours up to see what they are like

So where I want to try and hatch everything already but my bator hasn't even gotten to me yet lol...

I am thinking I need to start off with some starter eggs first, cheaper packing peanuts or something, that I can sell but atleast get my incubator going and see if I have any knack for it at all!

Considering I have never hatched anything before.

Anybody going to have anything like that?
