Wet bedding, immediate change?

My 6 day old chicks managed to tilt their waterer so that all the water leaked out into their bedding. All their bedding is now wet. Not sopping, but definitely wet. Do I need to change it immediately? Or can it wait until I take them outside tomorrow afternoon?

At a few days old, if they get damp they could catch a bad chill... best to change it now...

Might use a brick or tile to put the waterer on to prevent that...
