Wet feather on my ducks stomach!!!

Just need some advice. There molting and seem to all have a bit of wet feather on ther stomachs... any recommendations on how to treat this???? Sorry I always worry... (yes I know they have bumblefoot)

With larger breeds such as Pekins, it is often hard for them to properly distribute oils onto the feathers on their underbelly; that subsequently results in some poor feather condition. To help this from becoming more of a problem, attempt to get them in the water at least once a day. When out of the water, keeping their pen dry, and not muddy would also be benficial.
