Hi again lol so we finally got Diane's all fixed up but now we just took her out of the bath and she seemed soaking wet, it's been about 5 minutes and shes drying off but I've never seen her come out of a bath looking like that. I tried to get a pic but shes moving too fast to be able to tell in the pics. If it is wet feather what should I do for her ? ALSO we had the small egg incident and then she laid no egg the next day then 2 large eggs 2 days in a row and today nothing again... is this something I should be worried about ? Ok that's all my questions for now lol thanks for the help!

Young ducks don't have much water repellency since they haven't developed their adult feather fully, so they can sometimes look like a rat out of water. Six months seem old enough to me though, Could you try to post some pictures, Also laying funky eggs is common with new layers, just let her get her system up and running.

What feed are you using? To help with feather quality adding some protein can help like a good quality kitten food just a top dress on her feed. Great news about her eye!!
Dumor duck feed, my tractor supply just got purina in so i got a small bag of that too that I'm going to start feeding them

If you just got the small $5.99 bag it will end up costing you $48 for 40lbs. Tell them to get in the 40 lb bags. They are $16.99!
