Wet Nest

This morning when I let the girls out, I noticed one nest was wet like someone had peed. No one appears ill, there was an egg in the wet nest, and it doesn't look out of the norm. Anything I should be watching for?

Could it have been a little egg white left from an egg that had broken and been eaten up? I have a hen that often lays a soft egg that breaks and the girls eat it before I get there and all that is left is a wet mark.

Thank you for the reply, it kind of looks like egg yolk color. Hopefully it doesn't become a habit.
