Wet sponges to increase humidity: "antimicrobial", "not for aquarium use"... safe for incubator?

Hi! All sponges I can find say they are not for aquarium use which makes me wonder if they are safe for the eggs? They say they have antimicrobial stuff added to them. Is that the kind that everyone uses in their incubators? I can't find ones that don't have antimicrobial stuff added to them. Thanks!!

I use ocelo sponges (new only, used once then thrown away after the hatch)...they do contain an antimicrobial for odors, but it doesn't seem to have an adverse impact on my hatches.
