Bingo! You hide it yourself from the bottom of the cake if you want too. Fda wont let you mix non food items in with edibles anymore. Is why no toys in cereal boxes anymore. Now they're all crammed between the bag and box.

Makes sense not to put small non-food items in with food. Maybe it's fine 99% of the time, but "choked on toy in food" is a really stupid way to die.
