listen to the Priss when it comes to the broilers!
i have 29 cornish x in a tractor right now and move it daily. there is mass poop. mine do free range during the day and that helps. (yes, my cornish x actually free range a lot! maybe my grass is super tasty?)
the smell is not as bad as some report, but i rinse down the space the tractor was in the day before each morning. and personally, i think the smell is the same as the food but intensified.
keep the broilers outta dodge when it comes to your other birds. wet = disease.
we have 102 meat chicks in brooders and it's a poopfest. and yes, they grow so fast, you can see a marked difference from the morning and the same night!
best on your meaties and flocks!
