Here's my 2 cents worth. Where I live both dog's & cat's are required by law to be contained on an owner's property. I've shot twice as many cat's tho. The cat's stalk my bantams, & I'm sure they could hurt them, but I never give them the chance.

I wish there was a similar law here. As much as I love cats and dogs we have a cat that belongs to a neighbor that has flown at my face twice and scratched the hell out of two local kids. Animal control will do nothing this being a rural area.

The owner believes it is the cats right to roam where ever it wants and if it goes after some one that is their problem.

I can honestly say that the next time it shows up here it will get a lead sandwich and get dropped on the owners doorstep.
