What’s going on here?

This will be my 3rd year raising chickens. This little girl starting making these sounds I’ve never heard before. She seems fine otherwise- eating, running around, pooping etc. she is about a week old.

Almost makes me think there's an obstruction going on. Has it been picking at any of the shavings? I know the larger shavings tend to get recommended over the flake which they can eat, but they also have tougher bits and splinters. Hope she's ok.
